For non-member reservations in meeting rooms seating up to 8 guests, Roam must receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If your booking is canceled within 48 hours of the meeting start time, you will be subject to pay 50% of the total room reservation cost. If your booking is canceled within 24 hours of the meeting start time, you will be subject to pay 100% of the total room reservation cost.
