There is a one time activation fee of $45 when signing up for membership. This enables our team to setup your account and provide an access control fob for security and after-hours access.

Roam memberships offer flexible month-to-month terms with a 2-month minimum required. We're not the best with goodbyes but should you need to cancel your membership, all cancellations must be submitted by the 25th of the prior month.

Absolutely! Membership amenities and your first month's membership due are prorated based on your start date.

Meeting room hours are a monthly membership amenity that offer credits for booking meeting space. Meeting room hours can be redeemed at any Roam workplace to reserve a meeting room seating up to 9 people. Meeting room hour credits cannot be applied towards luxury boardrooms and training rooms, however, send us a message and a member of our Sales team would be happy to connect with you to discuss the details of reserving one of our larger meeting spaces.

Meeting rooms can be reserved online through Roam's member portal or we're happy to book a room on your behalf if you give us a quick call. Meeting room hour credits do not roll over, however, rooms can be booked in future months using the allotted credits for that respective month.

In an effort to create the most productive and valuable environment for Roam members, our Guest Access policy is as follows:

Members are allowed to host up to two guests in the coworking area for up to two hours at a time. All guests must be registered in the member portal at least one hour prior to their arrival and are permitted one visit per week. Any groups of four or more individuals or meetings lasting longer than two hours will require a meeting room booking.
