Postal mail will be scanned and uploaded to your account virtually at least once per week.

The following mail handling options are available for each piece of mail received:

• Shredding
• Forwarding*
• Store for Onsite Pickup**

*Mail forwarding does require additional fees to cover postage costs. 
**Storage beyond 7 days will incur a $5/day storage fee.

The process for requesting a piece of mail to be forwarded is easy and stress-free through our mobile application!

1. Within the mobile app, submit a request for a specific piece of mail to be forwarded.
2. Provide the forwarding address and review postage fees.
3. Accept and pay postage fees directly through the mobile app with the credit card saved on file.
4. Allow our team to handle the rest! We'll ensure your mail is forwarded as quickly as possible.

Roam's Virtual Office memberships offer flexible, month-to-month terms. We're not the best with goodbyes but should you need to cancel your Virtual Office, all cancellations must be submitted in written form with 30 days notice.

Our Premier Virtual Office membership is the best workspace solution for professionals who need occasional access to productive work and meeting space.

The Premier Virtual Office includes:

• Access to productive workspace at any Roam workplace 3 days per month during regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
• Access to book on-demand meeting space at the exclusive member rate

While our standard Virtual Office membership does not include Roam workspace access, Day Passes and meeting room rentals are available for purchase as needed.
