Roam’s response to COVID-19
As individuals, families, businesses, communities, states and nations, we are all affected by the uncertainty of COVID-19. Due to the rapid change we’re experiencing within our nation, we have all been forced to think and act differently.
At Roam, we exist to be your partner, and we understand that you have a vital need to maintain your business operations during this unprecedented time. However, the reality of our current circumstances has led the leadership of this organization to re-evaluate what’s best for the safety and health of our members, guests and Roam team members. Through this evaluation process, we have determined that our operating model must adapt and change for the time being in order to best address the current needs of our stakeholders and community.
Beginning March 17th, 2020, all Roam workplaces will adopt members only access to the space through April 30, 2020. Members at ALL membership levels will now receive complimentary 24/7 access to all Roam workplaces using the Kisi mobile application allowing business to continue as usual. We are working to ensure that you have access to the entire space, including meeting rooms at no charge to allow for social distancing and comfort. It continues to be our top priority to ensure that you have a clean, safe and productive work environment, therefore, we will continue following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) guidance for businesses and regularly sanitize the workspaces.
