Is A/V included with my meeting room booking? Does Roam offer an on-site audio-visual technician to assist with day-of meeting needs?

Yes, Roam offers complimentary A/V and technology amenities. Roam team members are onsite and available to assist with audio-visual setup and questions/troubleshooting during your meeting. Our screens and projectors are HDMI and VGA compatible, and Roam offers AppleTV for Apple devices upon request. In addition, all meeting rooms are equipped with a complimentary whiteboard, LCD screen or projector (depending on the room booked) and business class Wi-Fi. Complimentary conference phones/speakerphones and webcams are available upon request.

When does Roam need our final guest count?

A preliminary number of guests is due two weeks (10 business days) prior to your event. A final guaranteed headcount is due two business days prior to your event. If your meeting room is booked less than 10 business days before the event date, a guaranteed headcount is due upon initial booking.

What are Roam's catering options and outside food policies?

We are proud to partner with local Atlanta vendors to offer a flavorful selection of catering menus for every occasion and dietary restriction. These vendors have met Roam’s criteria for excellence, and we feel confident you and your guests will enjoy your food service experience. From made-to-order pizzas to elevated hors d’oeuvres, Roam is dedicated to keeping your team fueled and focused with a variety of flavorful options.

Is your mouth watering? Begin crafting your Roam experience with these curated menus from our selection of preferred vendors. Don’t see quite what you’re looking for? We understand–every event is not the same! While Roam does not allow outside food or catering, our team of Meeting Coordinators will partner with you to create a personalized food experience for you and your guests.

Can Roam accommodate guests with special dietary restrictions?

Yes, Roam will partner with our vendors to ensure all special dietary requests are accommodated. 

Is parking available for all meeting attendees?

On-site parking is available for all meeting attendees and guests. Complimentary parking is available in front of our workplace for all locations except for Roam Buckhead.

At Roam Buckhead, parking is available in the Tower Walk parking deck. Roam Buckhead offers complimentary 3 hour validation for members and guests ($7 for each additional hour and $15 for the full day). To learn more, visit Roam Buckhead’s location page.

What are the service charges and applicable taxes for my meeting at Roam?

Roam does not require a food or beverage minimum.

There is a 20% taxable service charge on the food and beverage subtotal and a taxable delivery fee that is based upon vendor.
