Foojee is passionate about Apple technology and people. If it’s got an Apple logo on it, Foojee makes it work in business and education. Lucas has been converting Windows users since 1993 (at the age of seven). He met his wife, Cristina, when he was three, but realized he was far too young for a long-term commitment. However the stars aligned in college when they sealed the knot and now, five years later, they are now the proud parents of a baby girl, Emilia. When he’s not building Foojee, you’ll find him reading about tech and business, crafting fine coffee, running, and catching up on his favorite TV shows.

If you had one piece of advice to give all Apple users, what would it be?

Get to know your devices. Don’t just take them at face value for the awesome things we all know that they do. Most devices have specific shortcuts and tricks to help you do things faster and get more done, but not enough people take the time to really get to know their devices. In an age where technology is becoming more and more of an extension of who we are and what we do, this is becoming more important than ever.

2. Why are you passionate about what you’re accomplishing through your business?

Everyone that works for Foojee loves serving others, and we consider ourselves lucky because we geek out working with Apple products. We absolutely love what we do because we get to leverage our strengths to serve our clients and hopefully make their lives a little better and easier.

3. What are you most looking forward to professionally within the next year?

Our team is growing rapidly right now. In the last month our team has gone from 4 to 7 with potential for even more growth. I’m a people person, and the idea of growing our team and balancing that with maintaining our culture and high quality of service is a really exciting challenge that we’ll be facing over the next 6-12 months.

4. What made you choose to become a member at Roam?

Roam is place where people come to grow. I knew the people at Roam were great, hard-working people and our team needed a place to come together for our weekly meeting. Roam hit the criteria we were looking for, and soon after joining we were able to work out a great partnership where Foojee comes in and does a Lunch Lesson every couple months. We also offer a help desk for Roam members to solve problems they’ve encountered with their Apple products. Being able to invest in the Roam community has been great experience for us and hopefully beneficial for fellow members.

5. If you could only use one iPhone app for the rest of your life, which app would it be and why?

Alto’s Adventure. It’s my absolute favorite iPhone game and it’s a great way to unwind for a few minutes. Everyone needs a way to just relax for a couple quiet minutes each day, and Alto’s Adventure allows me to do that.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
