How did you decide to pursue the career that you are working in today?
I was working in sales and the customers I spoke to all had a need for an assistant, but they didn’t necessarily have the capital to pay for someone in-house. That’s when a lightbulb went off in my head, and I knew I could help by providing them a cost effective service while having profitability on my own end.
2. What are the most important decisions that you face daily as a leader in your company?
The most important decisions include maintaining the balance of keeping our clients satisfied and well taken care of, as well as sustaining a healthy work environment for our employees and the company overall. Being strategic and open to new ideas on a daily basis with this continuously evolving business and ever-changing technology is crucial to stay up-to-date for our clients and for our own growth.
3. What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to help my clients gain back hours in their day to work on things they don’t always have enough time for because we take care of the day-to-day mundane tasks.
4. What has been the most beneficial part of being a member at Roam?
I like that I can come to Roam throughout the week whenever I want, and the staff knows everyone by name. It allows me to feel like I am part of a community.
5. What song would you choose to sing at karaoke night?
Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
