KEEPING OUR SPACES SAFE + SANITIZED
Sanitizing every 60 minutes
Roam team members are cleaning and sanitizing high contact areas every 60 minutes with EPA approved disinfectants for use against COVID-19.
Hands-free hand sanitizer dispensers + sanitization stations will be available throughout the space for your ease of use. Stations include disinfectant wipes, disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer, tissues, paper towels and gloves.
Masks + gloves available
Disposable masks and gloves (latex + powder free) are available for all members and guests at the front desk.
Forearm pulls are installed on all restroom doors for hands-free entry and exit.
6 Feet, please
Help us practice social distancing! Adjustments to the workspace + floor decals will aid in keeping a 6-foot distance from other guests and team members.
Daily health checks
Upon arrival, each Roam team member will complete a daily wellness check with a no contact infrared forehead thermometer.
Food + Beverage

For the safety of our team and guests, the Coffee Bar will only accept cashless payment options at this time. Team members will be changing gloves after every transaction.
Paper + plastic products
For the time being, the Coffee Bar will only serve food + beverage using disposable paper and plastic products. Used or personal cups will not be accepted for refills.
Boxed catering options
For safety and sanitation purposes, all breakfast, lunch and snack catering options will be served individually boxed. No buffet-style catering options are available at this time.
MEET WITH COMFORT + PEACE OF MIND
Added buffers for sanitizing
Extended buffers between meeting room bookings give our team time to extensively clean, disinfect and sanitize rooms before the next guest's arrival.
Socially distant meetings
We'll work with you to ensure social distancing best practices while meeting including: multi-room use for 10+ people, virtual meeting assistance and personal training tables spaced 6 ft apart.
Sanitized meeting supplies
Prior to each meeting room booking, a Roam team member will disinfect the room, replace all Expo markers and provide a new clean microfiber towel.
The safety of our guests and team members is our top priority.
